HAMMONTON, N.J. – Entries are now being accepted for the Hammonton Rotary Club’s sixth annual wine tasting event set for 7 p.m. Saturday, March 26, in Hammonton Fire House No. 2, 51 N. White Horse Pike in Hammonton, N.J. Registration starts at 6:30.
Join the fun and excitement as you sample and judge the best homemade wines in the area while enjoying a buffet dinner catered by Rocco’s Townhouse.
Prizes will be awarded for the best tasting wines in various categories as determined by a panel of expert judge’s before the event. There will also be people’s choice awards as judged by everyone in attendance.
Admission is a $30 donation and includes souvenir wine glass, food, beer, cookies, coffee and the people’s choice judging.
Wine entries are $5 per wine. You may enter as many wines as you like. Three bottles (750 ml) of each homemade wine will be needed per entry.
All wines and entry forms must be dropped off by March 11 for pre-judging. Awards will be given to the top wines in each category.
