The American Legion and the Hammonton Rotary Club are joining forces to support local families in need this holiday season.

Rotary traditionally donates $500 each Thanksgiving and $500 each Christmas to the St. Vincent de Paul Society Food Pantry to help pay for holiday food baskets. The American Legion is matching Rotary’s donations with Thanksgiving and Christmas donations of $500 each.

Located in the basement of St. Lucy Hall on French Street, the St. Vincent de Paul Society Food Pantry helps feed more than 1,200 needy people each month.
