Following the success of last year’s inaugural Winterfest, the club aims to make this year’s event bigger and better.

Winterfest is a celebration of unity and joy during the holiday season, bringing together families, friends, local businesses and community organizations.

At the heart of Winterfest is a large tent featuring a curated craft show showcasing handmade treasures from local artisans. Guests will enjoy delicious food from various vendors, along with a variety of fun activities for the whole family such as photos with Santa, kids’ games, crafts, and a supervised fire pit where you can make s’mores.

For information on becoming a food or craft vendor, or otherwise being part of the event, contact Dave Damiano at ddam4@live.com. CLICK HERE to download a vendor application.

The success of Winterfest relies heavily on the support of community organizations, school volunteers, and business sponsors. The Hammonton Rotary Club extends a warm invitation to local service clubs and civic groups to join in supporting and participating in this year’s Winterfest. Opportunities for involvement include volunteering, promoting the event, or presenting an attraction.

Businesses are invited to become sponsors of Winterfest with three sponsorship tiers available. Contact Phyllis Mazzeo at phyllis@eagleesa.com for sponsorship options. Sponsorship contributions directly support the success of Winterfest and are crucial to providing a memorable experience for attendees.

In the spirit of giving, Winterfest will accept donations of unwrapped toys or nonperishable foods to benefit local families in need.

“We are thrilled to bring Winterfest back for its second year and are grateful for the support of our community supporters,” said Mike Brown, president of the Hammonton Rotary Club. “Winterfest is a celebration of the spirit of community, and we look forward to bringing the town together for a family friendly good time.”

In addition to organizing Winterfest, the men and women of The Rotary Club of Hammonton support youth, veterans, and neighbors in need through programs and events that promote fun, fellowship, and the general welfare. They act locally but have an impact regionally and globally through their parent organization, Rotary International.

The club holds several fundraisers each year including its wine tasting and Fun Shoot, allowing it to award scholarships, support youth sports, contribute to local veterans groups, donate to local food, pantries, and take on various worthy charitable causes.

Serving the Greater Hammonton area since 1958, the club meets on the first and third Tuesday of every month at Rocco’s Town House, 21 N. 3rd St. Hammonton. Meetings start at 7 p.m. New members are always welcome.
